General Summary:

The 住宅 Director is a full-time, live-in position. The 住宅 Director coordinates 和 supervises 所有 学生 personnel 方面 of one or more 住宅 大厅s 和 assists in 其他 区域 where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Computer literate.
  • Good writing, analytical 和 problem解决技巧.
  • Knowledge of principles 和 practices of organization, 规划, records 管理 和 一般 administration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate st和ard office equipment, including but not limited to, 电脑, telephone systems, 打字机, 计算器, copiers 和 facsimile machines.
  • Ability to follow oral 和 written instructions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  2. Previous Residential Live-In Management Experience (Preferred)
